Our premium catering services are perfect for larger events like weddings, milestone parties, corporate functions, or any special celebration that requires a spectacular, full dessert spread.

Minimum Investment: $500 minimum order total.

The Rule: Each chosen dessert item has its own minimum quantity requirement, even within the $500 total order.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are perfectly designed for smaller-scale celebrations, family gatherings, or personal cravings while maintaining our signature small-batch quality.

No Event Minimum: Custom orders do not require the $500 catering minimum, but must meet the item minimums below.

The Rule: Just like catering, all custom orders are baked fresh by pre-order only and are subject to calendar availability.

Custom Order Item Minimums

Cupcakes: 2 dozen minimum (1 signature flavor two per dozen).

Soft-Baked Cookies: 2 dozen minimum per chosen flavor.

Banana Pudding: Family-sized tray or 24 individual dessert cups minimum.

Vault Specialties (Peach Cobbler): Whole baking pan only.

Whole Cakes & Cheesecakes: Whole gourmet cakes, whole cheesecake cakes, and traditional whole cheesecakes are available in both standard and custom flavors.

Booking Policies & Availability

Availability & Booking Notice - We proudly bake everything from scratch in small batches and accept a strictly limited number of custom orders and catering events per month. We highly recommend submitting your request 14 to 30 days in advance to secure your date on our baking calendar.

Consultation Fee Policy - A $50 non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure and book your planning session. If you choose to move forward with Sugar Vault Desserts & Bakery for your event, 100% of that fee will be applied directly as a credit to your final order balance!
